BOOKING: All dolphin swim programs
are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Swim must be booked by phone. Tickets
are NOT sold over the internet. All tickets must be purchased
IN FULL at the time the reservation is made. Upon payment
and confirmation of your reservation, a ticket will be e-mailed,
faxed or mailed to you, along with program details and directions
to the facility. If your reservations are last minute, you
will be given directions by phone, and your ticket and receipt
will be held for you at check-in.
RESCHEDULING: There is no penalty
for rescheduling a swim to an earlier date or time if space
is available. Switching to a later date or time LESS THAN
48 HOURS PRIOR TO SWIM will result in $10 PER SWIMMER rescheduling
fee.
CANCELLATIONS: If a reservation is
cancelled no less that 7 DAYS prior to swim date, the charges
will be refunded in full EXCEPT FOR A $10 SERVICE CHARGE
off the total amount cancelled. If a reservation is cancelled
less than 7 days, but more than 24 hours prior to the swim,
the charges will be 50% refunded.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN
24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, OR FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT SHOW UP FOR
A SCHEDULED SWIM.
DELAYED ARRIVAL: Should you encounter
any transportation or travel delays on your way to Dolphin
Cove, please call and let us know about your problem. It
MAY be possible to reschedule you to a later day or time
and allow you to avoid being a NO-SHOW. |
